also, if god was the first, who was there before him? did god just appear? how? and if something/someone created god, who created that something or someone.... and so on.

those are questions that I cannot get my head around and I believe there cannot be an answer to those.
inasmuch as your consciousness has been defined by an aristotelian logic tempered by newtonian physics with a smattering of euclidian geometry, these questions cannot be answered.

particle physics may answer your questions. though i feel buddhism will probably do a better job.

loki's point was that religion is the single biggest cause of conflict in the world. looking at it in a causal relationship, from the effects side, every cause is an excuse, and as people use religion to start more wars than any other excuse, religion is the biggest cause of conflict in the world.

logic is a wonderful tool to abuse

you have no power. you cant change people's faith by nit picking and twisting parts from your "ex" religion.

good night.
no doubt - zanjeer, anybody can find negatives about something and focus and direct energies upon them, but that would be a poor debate, as this has been. islam, as with any religion, is open to interpretation - it always has been and always will be. and as much as you may enjoy debating with muslim people about their faith, if your choosing to ignore certain aspects of the faith to further your own argument, then you are presenting an unbalanced and frankly illogical argument, and as such, u lose. though i must admit, for the first 6 pages it was funny watching people get more and more exasperated with your arguments.

Zanjeer what do you think of the fact that if a Sikh guy is wearing a turban and I by accident bump into him, and his turban drops off his head. he is allowed to kill me. Is that ok?
firstly, your 'information' is incorrect, to say the least. your use of said 'information' is almost LOL-inducing in its limp disguise as bait. it could also be said to be offensive, petty and frankly stupid. and finally, you got pwned by zanjeer if that's what he has reduced you to.

as for my own beliefs, I'd blow your minds, but a breeze would do..for i have seen the light. i'm still working on channeling the one true source though.
