Firstly I would like to point out that the reason I sound that gay is because I've got a blocked nose...
I would also like to let you guys know the reason I held back a lot of the power was because the bag kept swinging so the rapid thai kicks although still destructive had to be held back...
Also the reaon I kept pulling back was because I wanted to protect myself from the wall...
(The sound is slightly off)
P.s. I'll try and make a proper vid of my teacher and I training so you can see me hit pads... But I hope this kinda gives you an insight of what the types of kicks you can expect on the day

if he said a sarcastic comment or something plain right rude then fair play... but he did say no offense.. and he prob hasnt seen the charity kicks thread so don't know why the videos were made....

The comment didn't offend but it would have been nicer if you had read the comments surrounding the video ^.^
The bag originally came as 12kg... but then I filled it with more sand myself.. so the shins get more conditioned and "tried" to stop it from moving around as much... Failed =(
But I'll do some padwork at one point and make a better video
