i have bought a "Henley" jacket 4 £125, an itz lyk my second dy wearin itt. so i woz tking it of 2day an i woz taking the lil huk off an the thing brokee. but the thing iz i hvent gt my recepit yeah tht amount i paid an hvent gt the recepittt.. will they tke it bk?? the jacket iz thisss...

where exactly did u get it from?
they might take it back..
did u pay buy card..cos then u can take ur bank statment with u

You need proof of purchase. But if you have the packaging from how you got it. Then there should be a little with little stickers on it. They should have the option to return due to fault. Check out all the letters you got from it.

I bought it from henleyz shop in meodowhall nt littlewoods.but thtz were i cn only get the image upp... butt itz faulty they shud. ive gt the label thou.x

They will ask you for a proof of purchase. Like Prizzle said, if you paid by card it should come up with it on ur bank statement. Otherwise what they will do it sniff the collar and see if it still got the new smell or not, if it doesn't they will say no. Especially at that price.
