Anyone suffer from migraines?
If so how long do they usually last?
I suffer from them very frequntly, but they only usually last a few days, but this time its still here and its been like 6 days now. My fukin head feels as if its gonna fukin explode, and focusing is becoming increasingly harder now.
You know of any good remedies?
Usually I just wait it out and it goes away in about 3 days, but I need help now.
Sitting infront of the pc isnt going to help, take something strong and try and get some sleep.

I know that, but IF I could get to sleep I would go to sleep. Can't take anymore painkillers, I've had as many as I'm allowed in one day

That ain't a migraine dear, that was just a normal headache. Migraines typically last 3 days, and I doubt 7-Up would cure it. If it did, the pharmaceutical companies would be out of business.

dont know bout migraines but i know someone who sufered from cynus, he use 2 get a sharp pencil n poke the nerves on his head/temples and on the side of it:)

I neva got headaches...2 of my sisters suffered from migraines...but recently [say the past few months] i keep gettin random headaches...proper sharp pains aswell sumtimes above my eye sumtimes across my forehead n sumtimes at d bak of me head at d bottom...n recently dey got worse n sumtimes its a continuous pain all day n i jus get used 2 it...
Newayz am chekin it out on Monday down the doc coz a certain dream told me its more serious than i fort...i kno that sounds proper dramatic but my dreamz tend 2 cum tru so i'm a lil freaked out...:(
I heard drinkin loads of water helps cure a headache? N if its migraine ur supposed 2 cut down on the cheese n chocolate...[Cuttin down on them 2 wud b the end of the world 4 me!:o ]

yup i get really bad ones but since i gone 2 the doctors i aint had them as much....just go to ur doctors and they'll prescribe u wid sum tablets!.. the ones ive got are excellent!.. oh yeh and try 2 avoid choc and cheese cuz they trigger ur mirganes off
