Thought I'd write up a simple tutorial for you guys.
This one is really simple yet very effective. Remember, it only works on images that are front-on. Creating a reflection of an object stood at an angle is extremely tricky if not impossible for most people. Anyway, for the design enthusiasts, give this a try and let me know how you get on. cool technique, i usually use the masking method with gradient when it comes to the reflection
i've been trying to work out how to reflect angled images but it is quite tricky, if you ever come up with a simple solution do a tutorial for it!

You can't really follow steps to learn this process. In fact, it's not really a learning process but more so your own spacial awareness and logic as you have to imagine and create areas of the object that isn't visible to the human eye. I'll give examples sometime soon. |
