its rotton fish.... as in dryed rotton fish.......... i saw how they make it  they get the fish an let it bake in the roof top....''saatoh'' an then once its dryed an crispy it smells so bad..then in uk we blnder it

Thats not "futki" you mean hutki or hukoin (as some call it), futki is something completly different  And "rotton" isnt a word.. its rotten
