I remember my dada, he used to go to the bazaar every morning and bring me back a packet of banana chewing gum. He never used to get anyone else but me. All the other kids were always jealous but not to worry, coz im so nice and love sharing, i used to chew until the flavour is gone and then give it to the kids to chew on!

And oh yes, then my dada used to have this thing wer you crush paan and gwaa (beetle nuts) in. It was like a tube, i always crushed the gwaa for him.

This was when i was 4, 5 year old or summit and no, its not bullshit, i still remember this! I havent bin since. Its bin 15 year. Unfortunately by dada passed away 2 year ago, the day after my big bro's wedding so i never got to see him as i didnt go to my bro's wedding.

Whats ur memories?

Oh and another thing, the couple opposite my house used to shag in the goru's gor!

I kno, its great innit. The kids and my cousins used to love me for it and they all hung out with me and followed me to see who's the next personto get one. The actually waited for the flavour to go. At times i used to half it when there wer too many!

I stopped drinking milk outta a bottle when got to BD coz my mum left my bottles on the plane! Yes, i stopped drinking from a bottle at an old age! I dont care!!!!

I went to BD back in 1994 for my sister's wedding. Every day I would go out to the shops to buy crates of fanta in the glass bottles.

I used to go thru about 2 crates of fanta each day, but in the end I got tired of opening the bottle tops with my teeth. So I decided to go out and buy a bottle opener.

I bought one, a really nice one that had a coin in the middle with a picture of a cow and the actual opener on the top, and to this day I've still got the same bottle opener that I bought back in BD in 1994.

It's been thru so much with me. Its been abused so much aswell lol and also gone with me to countless number of countries. I never thought I'd be able to hold onto comething for that long. I'm so sad, reminiscing about a bottle opener lol.

thats ok i still have them bride and groom dolls from 1991 and little daa (sharp nice plade thingy) that i cried and thru a tantrum for at the bazaar!

Man my grandad use to bribe me with drinks.. he use to tell me i had to do certain things or go with them to places.. as i didnt like it very much he use to bribe me with pepsi and coke!! I remember Fanta wasnt all that, it had dirt around the lids man!

& Tenga!! mmm.... totoi!! lool who likes Sotti? you know what Sotti is?? I like Tenga Sotti not mitta!

Haha thats the only chewing gum they had!! Banana flavoured!! i never liked them..

exactly man! it gets us to touch our roots! ive even been in the india forum! some things ive learnt from the other guys!! im also on the pak forum!!

Bangladesh is a good country.. but mainly submereged in water..., i havent been to the main city though.... id like to see how thats like!
