The Year 2007

Hi.

I am on Facebook and i just realised how awesome it is. I dont usually join these little networking sites as they dont do anything for me. But i did join them for one reason and for one purpose with one intention only (which i cannot disclose).

But as time went on i saw how my friends profile's became populated with good and funny messages as well photo's. So the other day i thought let me do what Facebook was actually created for, looking for pastime friends. ...

I was making my way to work from uni, hadnt eaten anything all day. Thought if i left early i'd catch a quick sandwich.

From the DLR i moved onto the Nothern Line waiting for my train patiently. My train finally came, being the rush hour period i dont usually sit down as its hard to then get out. So i was standing in my usuall spot near the side doors of the carriage.

Come Kings Cross Station i saw this unusual small person, very well dressed, smart in their office gear. ...

Today 23rd Oct 2007.. it was grad day for the past uni students who had finished uni..

I remember this time last year it was eid.. i came in for lect.. and i saw people in their gowns celebrating graduation day with their friends and family! I felt soo overwhelmed.. and happy to see them graduate and move on with their lives.. I never knew them personally but i really really felt for every individual i saw that day who had a smile on their faces.. after all a smile is charity!

Well my Eid day was ok.. but was somewhat dissapointed as i had to leave one group of friends for another and the two groups dont know each other.. so i had to compromise.. and went to be with the group that i hadnt socialized with lately.. as i had been with my other friends for most of the time lately with an iftar invitation over at my place also.. soo we did what we do always on an eid day.. go out ofr a munch somewhere nice..

This year was a struggle but i survived it thats the important thing! Uni went ok, jobs went ok and a few projects of mine were a success too!

I dont know if its me or did this year feel as if it went very fast and were already approaching 2008? Not only that Ramadan went very fast too im sure many of you will agree with me.
