I can't stand James,fucking does my head in, he sounds like a 12year old.
and he always goes on a mushy wushy flex 'my feelings, i trusted you, i feel hurt' boo hoo. He needs to go.. I think Maj did deserve to go though, noticed from the start he wasn't sticking his neck out..

In my oppinion it should of been the project manager, he's fucked up 3 times in a row - and the Product for me in this task was the most IMPORTANT aspect of it, and to distant himself was stupid.
On the other hand Maj was a dipstick, typical school boy error in the board room. It goes to show - it doesn't matter how bad you fuck up, it's what you say in the board room which counts. He didn't speak up, and spoke up at the wrong times in the board room. Remember he did overcomplicate things by adding in weights and tried to expand an already 'good' idea with other shit. He did his job, developed the product - maybe he truly believed it was good product and never criticised it. However the project manager did say "Do not over complicate things" to James and maybe Maj never took heed..who knows.
