i've been wanting to watch this film since 2007 when it was first announced. after pre-screenings proved it was a good film more money was made available for more filming and it was delayed.

shit happened and it was delayed again and its finally out.

and omg it was totally worth the wait. one of THE funniest films in a long long time.

Set in 1998, the story tells of a group of friends who, eager for the premiere of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace - and because one of them is suffering from cancer and wishes to see the film before his death - decide to break into Skywalker Ranch and steal an early print of the film. They travel across the country and on their way they encounter William Shatner, obsessed Trekkies, and bikers who make them undress for water

its a good solid story line with plenty of humour for all - the geeks will spasm out at this film. lots of great cameo's esp jay and silent bob's.
