shorty your saying employers dont look at degrees and just experience, so tell me why do all these people go and do thier degrees, they cant all be stupid can they, if you go do your degree, you learn about your profession and then when you do go into work, you will know what is going on, plus in your degree you have an option of doin a placement so you will have experience when you get out, plus you get alot higher wage if you have a degree and plus the experience of student life is not to be missed trust lol

I'm a high school dropout and it was really hard for me to find a job but in the end, I've got a good job, one of the best out of 7 of my cousins who have all got degrees BUT I'm not saying that everyone who doesn't have a degree will get a good job, I may have just got lucky.

I've been here for nearly two years and recently had a promotion, I think I will stay here until the office completely closes which will be in two years time. Hopefully, I will get another promotion in those two years coz I know alot of people are leaving right about now so they will need people to do those jobs which are currently higher than me. After that, who knows what I will do. I may transfer and stick to what I know but I will probably see when the time comes.

I'm not going to start looking for another job until the time comes for our section to close down coz even though I have the experience, I know I will most likely find a job equally as good but you have to work for it. Like Riz said, you need to have willpower and I know I have got that.

Ok ppl with degree's ave gt higher.. buh wer does the experience come from?? i mean a gt ma cuzzii who has actualli been uni gt his degree and stuff in accounts n dnt kw wa.. uni dnt give da experience he was saying himself k he gt in2 a job buh every job was lukin 4 6 months experience.. he had to stick on 2 a job wer he can attain the experience n waited 6 months 2 get in 2 a good job.. and afta these 6 months 2mrw is his 1st day at the bank of new york.. fink abwt it uni is just ta extend ya youth life and stuff.. K many ppl go buh every1 has diff ways of workin in life really..

idk bout u but i would not be able to drop outta school. i pay tuition myself which is a wreck cuz i have no money left over - for example going to school from january thru march costs me about $1600 if i wanted a full schedule. its so hard. im takin 5 classes at a time now (prolly will slow down) for all health care. anyway, i would feel ASHAMED. my papa grew up in a DIRT POOR village of makhsoospur n got a soccer scholarship, owned his own trucking business here, got his dream wifey, n got masters in political science.

now for me to quit...would make me feel worthless. everythings purposefully hard to weed through the quitters. i aint even really interested in the shit i study! i just need the grades to get to a uni that will make me look like a smartass. haha

so the way i work is with pride, urs is with desires. but what are ur desires if not to push urself higher?
