Help!!
Yooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sup guys,
my m8 nids help and i cnt realli help her.. ryt shes got a college assignment, we gotta choose a business and make a business plan, shes doing henna painting... shes stuck on swot analysis... (strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities) shes got a few just wondering if u guys can help her? Much appreciated

Strengths : Relatively cheap and easy to set-up. Good market for it initially.
Weaknesses: A high level of expertise required to produce desirable results. As it is something which directly affects someones appearance such as hairdressing, or general beauty therapy high risk is involved as one thing may not be to everyones taste. Opportunities: Can easily be marketed at Asian wedding parties or even childrens parties in the form of henna tattoos as it is safe and non-permanent, something which parents won’t mind to. Could also provide services at dinner parties or various social events on the side, as it doesn’t take up a lot of space and time to set-up is relatively low. Threats: Main threats come in the form of professional beauty salons as they have the added feature of having qualified staff who can provide a high level of service. If you put yourself in a customers shoes; Why should they pick you over a professional? This is where u can undercut prices by charging considerably lower than professional outfits to make your own business more appealing. Hope that helps
