you probably need to re install counter strike man.. happened to me.. keep gettin kicked.. at times the server list crashed.. clean install should do it..

I just did a clean install man.

I bloody got my OLD 1.3 CS CD out the depths of my dungeon and installed that one as it has all the original game files, and then updated it.

Now the custom maps won't load. Gives me an error saying "Couldn't perform CRC check" or something, and the map name in question.

I'm just checking the integrity of the game files now.
