Hot Chocolate Help - A Milk Alternative? - The Asian Place - Desi Forum

Ok i need help from all the ladies on the forum....

Im quite peed off that nobody told me there was no Milk in the house... only a tiny bit is left barely to make a cup of tea. I went somerfields yesterday and bought hot chocolate "specifically" for milk. There was just one that i found that you mix with milk as the rest was telling me to mix with hot water...

Now i want my calcium and boguht the one which you mix with milk.. i waited two whole days to have hot choc tonight and even went somerfields to get a few other things and nobody "AGAIN" nobody told me that there was no milk in the house..

Im fasting tommorow and dont want to long it out and wait ages before i could have a nice hot choc before bed... so ive now just put the kettle on with hot water... im not sure how this is going to taste as its not milk and im doing the opposite instead of mixing it with milk.

So what else can i do or mix it with which will give me a slightly thicker taste... ground fox biscuits and add it?

Or better still how else can i make milk with every day household ingredients

any advice would be much appreciated.

How about breaking up some chocolate in to hot water?

uummm.....dont think theres much u can do.
milk is the bestest for hot chocolate...x

If u got some block chocolate, put some of that into it after making it with water.
if its too bitter with water (duno hw people drink it with water

)
then put some sugar in

might help...x

Nesquick milkshake with full fat milk

gobble down with some choc chip cookies

that will fill you up...

If it doesn't, go to maccies and order a large strawberry milkshake yum yum

i fee like some now

I always put in half the tin of powder an lotsss an lotsssss of milkkkkk

even better with blocks of melted chocolate. altho never understood why people like it with marshmellows. tastes yuckyyy

Ima go out an buy some later. we got noneeeeeee
