eating too much of anything is bad for you. But that has never stopped me eating everything
 but really it's down to what bread you eat. white bread is made up of yeast, enriched bleach flour.it has a hugh GI aswell ..So it's 'empty calories' no different to sugar. White bread as we've said is made up of bleach so essentially itis missing the wheat germ. Stick to brown /wholemeal bread and you'll be okay

nah toast dont taste the same wiv brown bread, ive ate 8 slices of toast today, i just seem to be buzzin off toast at d moment lol

Toast.. white bread.. medium toasted.. butter [melted] and strawberry jam.. [yum].. Thats my breakfast every morning.. wiith a glass or maybe 2 glasses of milk..

toast is a waste of time. save yourslf 30 seconds and eat it un-toasted. (see maths below)
2 toast x30 = 60s 60s x5 (only counting weekdays) = 300s 300s x 4 = 1200 1200s x 12 = 14400 seconds per 2 toasts excluding weekends per year now that time could be spent in bed i reckon |

4= the amount of weeks in a month
12= amount of months in a year. my complex equation was simplified. i only took into account 2 pieces of toast, i also excluded the time taken for the spread. if you would like to know more please buy my book on "complex equations on toast habits" which is half price at al-haqs meat store, ahmad foods, bhattis food store and habibs halal butchers. getting your little sister to do work for you is shameful, sharaam karr. lol |
