Exclamation DIET

So since ive finished uni and long gone are the days where a burger n chips satisfied all my hunger needs i think its time to join the gym. saying that im still a bit of a junk food junkie so i MAY need help on keeping to a diet that works hand in hand with my gym routine. and since i have no clue whre to start i would fully appreciate any advice, help or even a full set routine and diet all done for me to follow (which i will follow honest).

i would suggest having an active lifestyle....walk a lot..instead of driving short distances, walk there...

i lost a lot of weight like that...watch ur eating...and do some push ups and crunches to tone ur body..

if u wanna become muscled up like incredible..u should join the gym...
