Well its a very rare I have this and when I do..I probably overindulge..

Well its very rare that I have these..but when I do I probably overindulge..

My choices...
Barfi
Gulab jaman (that's hot) with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (i have a thing for that hot and cold effect..mmm..its so damn good!)
French crepes
Crocombouche (not sure if thats the right spelling) but its yum!
Baklava

..there's probably 10 million others but that's all that comes to me at the moment.

What is that? (I swear I'm not stupid.... sometimes) You Maam... have quite the sweet tooth!!! =| I love baklava.. but I can only have one because it feels as though my teeth are instantly rotting due to the level sweetness!!!

Jalebi, best i had was at this stall in amritsar...damn i gotta go there again..

but indian sweets are too sweet, so i prefer the mild sweet dishes..

i love gulab jamun, i keep having to soak up all that excess syrup tho..

It's a french dessert..its a tower of profiteroles held together with toffee (quite spectacular) kind of like a pyramid shape almost.
Oh and kulfi is nice too..

lol..Nah you don't eat the whole thing..usually its done for weddings or some event and they separate them and share them around. Some places you can get a mini one, which should be just fine..and not be your entire dinner course!

(Lol... the only reason I built this thread was yesterday my mum made sweet rice... and she knows I've completely stopped any sugary stuffs... chocolates included...(Not to forget all types of fizzy drinks and juices) It was killing me... so I thought I'd destract myself by making this little did I know... you could have a mountain of profiteroles... DAMN YOU RANJ!!! DAMN YOU!!)
