My dad gave me a crash course in cooking during a summer holiday. Could create quite a few dishes then as well but I haven't done any sort of cooking in ages (too busy). If nothings been made and I need to make something then I will instead of going out or getting some crap takeaway food. If I tried to help out in the kitchen now, my mom would probably tell em to get out; I'm apparently invading her space.

Mum made keema with potatoes. Few days ago Mum was freaking out over the fact she felt the freezer was empty, I think she forgets about her second & third ones ,& had me and my sisters filling samosas, chicken rolls & the like.

I made the curry sauce for my mum's trout.
Yummy South Indian Coconut Fish Dish.
...and you can't go wrong with English fish.
