Default New diet

Well after my birthday ( which was may 17th so coupla weeks back ) i decided to become vegetarian... i still eat egg and fish but no chicken, pork, lamb and duck etc..

So far so good, me finished college now so im at home all the time doing bugger all and obviously look around for stuff to eat, and ever since becoming a vegetarian i just eat crap like crisps and biscuits and a whole lotta cheese!

i go gym to stay healthy and keep to the same weight and size, and eating all that cheese aint helping... i tried looking for recipe books for veggie people bu had no luck..

does anyone know any good veggie recipes for lunch and dinner that are easy to whip up?

Try savoury muffins, lots of fruit and just flavour your food. If your anything like me, drown everything with a good quality chilli!

I don't understand how people can live without meat...you must have a lot of willpower.

Soya comes to mind.
