lol yeh on holiday or hollywood bowl back in the days, normally get a high score, its just about hitting the right spot and following through, cos on hol before I beat guys that were like 3/4 stone bigger than me and built, I dont think that was cos of out n out power lol
one in ibiza you had to get it round twice to get super superman or sumut like that, did it once, but a couple yr ago when I was fitter n stronger I regularly clocked high scores

lol the run up isnt actually benefitial if your taking it a bit more serious as a lot of ppl lose form and dont even use the pace, its all about the speed in your arm not the run up, and accuracy, if you hit it just below the middle and follow through with a straight punch you get a much higher score than just going jangly but yeh it can be fun tho, we spend quite a few quid on it, bit of fun competition between the lads

have one at the SU at uni. had the highest score for about 3 weeks, 957 i got, was beaten by some next paki, who got summit like 970. lol if i had kept the highest score would have won a nintendo Wii.
its not about the run up, its about the connection and power generated from your shoulder and arm.

Lol I didn't know how to do it first,I thought it was one of those things that you had to hit constantly like boxers do and I got 10! Then the second time I got 502 and then 3rd one I got 621 but it didn't change the highscore for some reason
I reckon if I was angry and hit it, I would have got a much higher score!
