Strange you made this thread today.
I got stopped a few times on the way from work today.

Then again, the route I walk going to and from work, I get beeped/whistled/winked at the whole way really.
...even when I pop out for lunch.

..and bless, a 50 odd year old man came in to my work place to ask me out on saturday "for a spot of dancing and drinks".
Lol.

It's strange 'cause this kind of thing didn't use to happen.
...Well, except for somali men hawking up phlegm at me during my Hijab days, thinking I'm one of them.
But, yea, this being stopped thing is a recent thing for me...
I still get surprised everytime someone stops me just to say "Your man's well lucky, 'ee is!"

My older sister's always got attention, even when she was young, she'd have men gawking at her and telling her that she's the most beautiful thing they'd laid eyes on.
She still gets it, but from sleazebags now.
She doesn't have a friendly face anymore.

happend to me today the guy followed me until i linked my mate! werido! i hate it! n its so embarassing when guys beep at u when ur with ur family!!

once i was at aldgate station with my mum we wer going home 4m east n this dude thought i was on my own he kept looking at me n trying 2talk my mum came next to me and said in bengali who is he n why he looking at u omg it was embarassing! ppl theses days have no respect

I don't never really notice unless someone points it out...

but what pissed me of the other day is i was walking home and i just looked at this guy as he looked a lot like someone i no the girl next to him was like " oh that girl was so checking you out"

i felt like screaming wtf.. .i only looked at him face as it was familar.. but i guess you can't even look at people no more then them thinking your checking them out...

but seriously how can you tell? if somesones checking you out or there just looking at you for other reasons or even walked passed you and looked at you.. i tend to smile at people a lot but i guess im checkin them out also? lol

depends where you are....It will be different in London to Bradford. Trust me LOL...different in Southampton to Manchester, Birmingham
