I think people at times misinterpret my comments as oh she's serious, oh damn I can't crack a joke with her..ie. they think she's a snob/stuck up etc...which is a little harsh! I think I'm naturally quite reserved/shy with people I hardly know, given time and conversation I open up, which is only natural for most of us...unfortunately, I think that's what gives people the wrong impression of me.

I think people also see me as gorrified and have no clue about my religion or culture simply because I cannot speak fluent punjabi..which isn't true. Sure I may not know everything, but its actually the one thing I wish I had grown up with more..in a sense I'm kind of jealous of people who got that. Yet to alot of people simply because I don't speak my mother tongue as beautifully as them, they see me as 'embarrassed' of my roots..how wrong they are.

One of the most annoyingest thing is the fact alot of girls think im exchanging 'fesity looks' with them. I dont know if its just this weird twisted asian thing but it annoys the hell out of me- it really does because i dont give two flying monkeys about asian girls. Im there minding me own buisness...fair enough ive got quite a serious face but dude i cant help it... Agh why you fools?!

The most funniest thing happened yesterday this chavy like girl was walking past me in uni..it was hilarious at first i thought she was some lezbo or something as she wouldnt stop starring the hell out of me from a far distance....anyways so yes i walked past her with a mate an she proper gave me this 'ima fuck u up mudda fugga son of b*tch' look O_o ..and she just didnt stop! so i got uber annoyed and said to my mate dude whats her problem?..and she heard lmaao the look she gave me aahahhah

made me chuckle out loud.

I always get evil off people..i swear im the most down to earth lass. People are so insecure escp your own kind..oh how they suck ass.

Also, a lot people dont understand why/when im being serious as they mostly happen to see the 'bubbly and crazy' side of moi...so when i am being serious..its a shock to all.

Ummm. One of the biggest for me is probably people misinterpreting my over-shyness for being stuck up. A hell of alot of people have gotten to know me AFTER college/uni because at the time they were too scared to approach me lol.

And I dunno if this is quite as relevant but people tend to be shocked when they find I'm not as girly as I may look.. As in I'm into stuff they wouldn't expect a gurl to be into =\

And like Ranj, people assuming there's nothing desi about me because I don't talk with a paki accent like every other Oldhamer, or dress/act like the typical Oldham asians Pfft..!
