All day today i been feelin really dizzy and nauseous, but i dont be sick or nething. i was cleanin n suddenly had to go lay down for abit cos it was that bad. Its kinda like the feeling when u jus get off the plane n ur heads spinnin round.

dont know why but im not on form today as i know sumthins nt ryt with me! n dont nobody say im pregnant cos i aint

LOl.

but seriously tho sum1 help cos im worried

I feel like that most of the time but that's just normal for me "apparently" although I had a friend once who felt like that and when she went to the doc's they said she was anaemic, so could be that?

If you haven't taken anything drugwise...

When you fealt dizzy etc, did you feel hungry, craving for food/ sweets etc?

Without knowing too much ....a few possibilities:

1) iron defficiency/ aenemia
2) diabetes
3)dehydration (drink plenty of water)
4)Sinus infection
5) one off, nothing to worry about

Solution:

See your GP get your blood checked.
