lower your calory intake + vigerous excersising = weight loss

You need to make changes in your diet which you will benefit from in the long term! Took me 6 weeks to lose a stone and I haven't stuck to the diet and I haven't gone back completely to my old ways and I've only gained half a stone in 6 months which I'm ok with for the moment but I'm gonna go back on the diet again after New Years and try and lose another stone so then I will be where I want to be if I put on half a stone again!

I did the did the Slimming World one, I didn't actually sign up or go to any classes, I just bought a few books and followed it from there. Basically, you can eat as much "Free" food as you want at any time and you're allowed upto 15 "Sins" a day. You can have only 3 choices of "Healthy Extras" but they are measured, you should try looking it up on the website, I think they explain it better on there or if you read one of their books.
