this is the creatine I used to use, well tried both of them, I hate the loading phases, thats one of the reasons I didnt really bother going back after I stopped

l-arginine helps with stimulating growth hormones ,metabolism,circulation due to nitric oxide...

yes take it pre training. worth it

Well Palitinose is low in the G.I and therefore the energy is used for a longer period of time in the form of glucose., which can be a good thing. which also means your Insulin levels wont spike.

Dextrose on th other hand has high G.I and would provide quick energy. For a person like u this is adequate use it Pre and Post workout.

yes the thing with creatine is that it will cause you to bloat, some people would suffer it more than others, some wont at all. each and every1 responds different.

The creatine from MP dont have flavouring which will (chose the unflavoured one), Ive never had probs with that one. All the added shite does mae a difference.

And dont bother with loading. just use 1/2 teaspoon a day. there are things u can take for bloating issues. but i dont think u will have much of a prob, just lower te dose. the thing with creatine it is in n ou of yr system pretty quick too.

use dextrose? tbh i only ever used it in the pwo shakes, but stopped due to bloating. been meaning to sub it for wms but haven't got around to buying any

right now, pure bulking
i'm not overly concerned about fat gains though i try to keep everything as clean as possible.

I could probably do with some help/advice if you have time and don't mind
diets always been my weakest point

stick it in a shake and you won't notice it really

but with CEE it depends onthe type you get if i remember correctly think tis the HCL version that tastes like shit

lol taking supplements doesn't mean we're lazy. people have different goals. Yes proper food is the way to go, supplements are to aid your diet. I mean for 1 I am a bodybuilder. i require excess of 400grams of protein per day, you're telling me to just get it from proper food alone? lol
