Lol homemade protein bars huh?

I've always favoured proper natural diet to be the first port of good nutrition. However if one does not have the time and energy to prepare or make the required nutrition then they resort to supplements, hence its name. But I think some people rely on supplements way too much.

At current times I can't even afford to buy supplements, maximuscle products, just too much these days. But my diet is definitely deficient in the nutrition that I would like in my system.

that bar is just about as natural as you can get because your not going to put a source of protein in unless you make a chicken bar? lol

oats, peanut butter, milk and whey protein

has all you need

although im lactose intolerant so I gota find that low lactose milk lol

But as to teh chicken bar lol...I have done this in the past, n i still do it now n then.... get a can of sprite n a can of tuna, slap it in the blender! mix d shit out of it! there you are a beautiful drink tastes nice

yeah I got the creatine, I been bit dehydrated, cos im nt used to it, had to stop cos I was bit ill couple days, so Im guna go back on it next week n start training again, got like 7 weeks till my holiday lol

But as to your creatine. Just neck it bro, that doesn't hurt or add it with some protein.

Evil Genious the supplements I have listed are not substitutes for Proper Food. Or else I wouldn't be eating 7 meals a day.

Taking supplements won't make your die any faster or atleast there isn't any scientific facts/ information to back that claim.

And without certain supplements there are limitations in reaching your goals again depending on diet requirements etc.

Good supps there bro.

the essesnitial Amino acids are nicely covered which is important. and you got yourself a good carb. good for workouts.

You could have saved money on the No explode and animal stack. Since you had taurine etc. You could have just bought l arginine. And you culd have made a nice pumping supp. and a multivitamin 1 a day would have made sure you had all your macro and micro nutrition all in place with ofcourse your diet.

Also make sure you drink plenty of water. You will deffo see results.

hey incredible, i just read that "Gaspari Nutrition Novedex XT" is a pro-hormone?!? i don't want to take it, cause this one guy said on a forum took some type of pro-hormones and now his test levels are similar to that of an old man... I only took one last night, i don't think i'll take any more.

it's an ATD product. so therefore it helps increase testosterone levels whilst decreasing estrogen similarly like rebound reloaded does.
Some people have even tried using it during Post cycle therapy after a prhormone cycle. But it's not the only time you need to use it. I think Gaspari deliberately tried confusing this product with nolvadex (tamoxifen). so dont think the products are the same.

So as to your test levels going like an old mans lol. That is nonsense, ask the guy if he had it checked. The good thing is you're goign to be freeing up test.

Don't be worried. Just use it.
