A couple of years ago I couldn't eat, or talk whilst walking.
I'd be seriously out of breath...
Fortunately, after a year of walking to and from school and forcing my sister to hear the crap coming out of my mouth, I can walk and talk at the same time without feeling like an asthmatic...

But, God, I tried to sing today whilst working..
That's bloody hard work!

I meant "whilst walking".
Don't know why I said working, I'm not even at work today.

I sang all the Sister Act songs on my walk today.
At first it was really hard to keep the tune and tempo ok, and I had to walk slowly.
...but then by the end of my walk, I was walking a normal pace and singing Christina's songs.

Depends on your lung capacity I guess...

I used to have asthma when I was really really young.
Mum used to say I got if off my couison because I once tried her inhaler

But it sort of "went" like years back

and now never ever run out of breath or anything and can walk for miles an miles without feeling tired or breathless.lol.

I remember "cross country run" (at school, and wasnt really around the country, but around the school fields) I always came near the front.
Our p.e teacher used to advise us to "start of" slow an steady to win the race.

I found if you start of slow. you nearly always stay near the end

I wouldnt have trouble walking and talking at the same time.lol.
always do it.
its a diff thing for fast walk and talk though. could still do it. but if im ina hurry wouldnt really wanna really chat

I'm a fast walker so I can't do it, plus I'm a smoker so it's even worse, I can't smoke whilst walking either unless I'm walking slow!

i had bad case pneumonia a when i was like 16, 17 so my liungs are shit..plus i had unhealthy habbits..but im getin better..i gues syou have to train yourself..exert yourself a lil more each day...deep breathin exercises help too..

ohhh...i get it now...
dnno i never get tired of walkin for ages...
been doin it all my life..so yeh

even though i drive..i still like to walk...but i do lose alot of air when i run....
thats when it takes me ages tryin to get my breath back @_@
but walkin is not hard for me... can walk for a good 2 hours...

My sister's a dying asthmatic, and she can do sheesha and walk and eat and stuff...
My lungs cant take anything...
