Bro it's not difficult, it just requires dedication in all aspects of the game. diet/ rest/ training. Diet is the biggest part everybody looks over. I admit for the 1st yr or 2 I started to do weights properly I also overlooked diet. But once I sorted it and started eating big, training HEAVY, with sufficient resting my gains were out of the world.

Yeah people like talking about steroids. But let me tell you one thing even with steroids, hgh, slin, igf , prhohormones . it's not easy. You still need to train twice as hard, eat twice as much. Their not magic pills or portion. I know guys who have been on steds for years and never ever shifted over 11 stones!

It's important to understand the science behind training, the chemistry. Undrstanding how the body wody works, how to sculpture to your specifcation, big muscle groups and tie ins. etc etc

Holla me if you need more advice.

incredible....how long did it take you build that much muscle....

did you start off as a skinny or chubby/fat dude


are you still building muscle or are you content with what you have currently

well I have done martial arts since 10, done weight training properly since 15. I am 25 now. I would say I started of skinny/ athletic build. it just meant I didn't need to strip off fat when I started. I have trained HARDCORE since 16ish...Not had a break from training ever.

I just make sure I eat all my meals on time , train HEAVY, maintaining it. Maintanance is the hardest bit. I weigh about 17stones now, with a body fat % below 10% ..But once you master it, it's not that difficult.

thanks bandar....

mindstate, when people talk about weight training etc they should ask how much a guy a guy squats, deadlifts, benches (now these are proper stats ) the biceps is irrelevent. If you are strong in the 3 I mentioned then you are already half way there in building an amazing body! maybe olympic lifts are important too, but thats pure strengnth aswel, RAW strength love it!

I focused more on deadlifts, squats and bench press when I started again but because I overdone it a bit and didn't stretch I damaged both of my groins playing football and it was painful!! ain't been back since, but hopefully getting back into it, lost all my gains too

Incorporating wide pull up and push ups is also helpful for core strength.

I was training and eating right, but I didn't see any major gains until I started getting better sleep and an extra hour or so really helps.


Make sure you stretch and rest properly.

Dude looks good tho.

People don't understand how difficult it is to get training right.

I've been doing it for about 6 months but I still haven't a clue!

I do all the exercises but my body refuses to grow.

Being a vegi doesn't help either.
