Ran which false lashes do you use? I used to wear MAC ones but omgods, they made my eyes so sore - I wear contact lenses all day, so I'm presuming that's why?

Ranj, the Lancome mascaras good if you're not so good at application, it's gotta nice shaped brush.. Diorshow does as well actually. You don't need to apply loads of layers and fiddle to get a good effect.
You should look into maintaining and conditioning lashes though, especially if you're wearing mascara. It'd be like not moisturizing/cleansing but using foundation everyday.

I wasted money on MAC lashes.
They gave me some weird infection eye gloop every time I tried them.
...and I tried using different glue.

I just use the ones from Superdrugs, Eyelure or something.
The new Girls Aloud range are *really* good.
You, seriously, can wear them over and over and over, and they don't get ruined.

Benefit's Get Bent mascara wand is the only one that seems decent on me.
Something about the brush.
There's still a tiny bit of stumpy clumpage, but that's my eyelashes.

Oooh I see, yeah the MAC ones were awful! And they look so good on the chicks behind the counter! The glue was gloopy and thick, ewh.
Eyelure ones.. I have some in my drawer but haven't got round to using them! The glue looks good though, easier to apply! Will deffo give them a try! Less time consuming than top liner and mascara! All gorgeous and long.
Long lashes are suuuch a boost. That and when your lips are yum and soft.
