So is drinking egg supposed to be good for you?

whats the pros of drinking egg with/without milk?

Pros: Good source of proteins, a habit adopted by bodybuilders.

Cons: Doesn't taste that great!

I suppose you can, but there are more palatable ways of getting your required proteins.

well I can understand where you're coming from with this one. Heating the egg does alter the chemical shape of the egg in a negative manner in terms of the nutritional view. benefits of a raw egg will be anything from improvement with digestion, boosting the immune system etc etc etc. oh n not to forget the nutritional point of view.

But IMO it leaves you open for salmenella which is the biggest drawback. (small chance, but not worth the risk if you eat lots of eggs).

I'm sure there was an article out that said Salmonella is not in UK eggs anymore..? Was a recent thing..

I'm not too sure about this one Zero... there is probably 1 chance in a thousand eggs or something like that affected by salmonella. heating the egg will kill that. Even if it means sticking it into the microvawe for 15 seconds in milk, should kill it.
