HEY PPL
i have put on a lot of weight recently but it looks funny as my body size is medium but my belly really sticks out does anybody know some tips of how to loose weight off your belly quickly? (IT LOOKS BAD FUNNY TO SOME PPL PLEASE HELP!!!!!) |

There's never quick fixes.
So, sort that out in your head first. Lose the fat, first, by doing cardio stuffs, and then tone up... I like skipping and belly dancing; I had a belly that made me look like I was ready to give birth... After five months of belly dancing and two months of regular skipping, my belly isn't a belly anymore. It's more of a tummy.

im going throught he same thing as youdesiboy, so dont worry, if you run, skip, cycle or do any cardio workouts you'll gradually lose it... i've been doing shit loads of cardio for the last 2 and half months i've lost about a stone and also a trouser size down which is a good thing as it motivates you mroe once you start seeing results...
so just got on with it and you'll see iprovements sooner than you think

cardio and weights is the way...if u really really wanna lose the belly desperately i suggest cut out all da fats in ur diet too.... |

suprised no one has mentioned diet. Diet is first. eat clean, up your protein, decrease on the cars, fats (but dont cut them out totally).
Do cardio, 30-50mins 5 times a week to reduce b/f. if you're doing weights which i also suggest make sure you include the deadlifts/ squats that would help your ab region and develop the ab muscles. Yea you should include curnches/ leg raises if you really want abs too. But first thing is to lose the fat.

As obvious as it is, people just ignore it...you'll be suprised how many people do all the training in the world but neglect the diet.

Mine's starting to tone up nicely since I got my WiiFit
Dieting can only get you so far. Excercise and eating right is the key.

I only know for guys, but from 16-30 you should be the peak of your life! My dad only got a belly at 52? 52 man! Young people should NEVER have fat there, wether you're a bodybuilder, gym freak or the average athlete.
