Hey AP, long time no post.
 It's been a long time since I've read for pleasure. This year, I've made it a priority to take up reading just for my pleasure only. And to give books as gifts when possible. I want to expand my collections at home. It's been a long time since I've done that as well. So... Name your favorite titles, books that have inspired you, books that you would recommend to others when asked... Let's hear 'em. An AP Bookclub perhaps?

Da Vinci Code Angel & Demons Deception Point Lord of The Rings (All three books) Similarion The Hobbit The Krays Final Countdown Gangland East End Gangland A Way of Life by Reg Kray Born Fighter by Reg Kray Our Story By Ron and Reg Kray Powder Wars Criminal Etc etc (dats not a book btw) Den you got Islamic ones but i guess i'll mention dem wen needed. |

The Power of One by Bryce Courtney
Holy Cow: An Indian Adventure by Sarah MacDonald One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey The White Tiger by Aravind Adiga......... I'm currently reading this at the moment, but I would still recommend it. Life Isn't All Ha Ha Hee Hee by Meera Syal Looking for Alibrandi by Melina Marchetta......... I read this in highschool but it was a wonderful book!

His Dark Materials Trilogy (I recommend this to anyone, any age)
Jane Eyre Sense and Sensibility Pride and Prejudice Mansfield Park Bleak House David Copperfield To Kill a Mockingbird Crime and Punishment The Secret Garden The Catcher in the Rye Of Mice & Men One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest Art of War Smith Most of these that I've read are classics and occupy the top part in my bokshelf. The most esteemed place lol. I wouldn't say they are inspiring though; although there are a few that are. They are just excellent pieces of literature... |

^Darn Thero, that's mostly stuff covered in GCSE English
 The Linnet Bird - (can't remember the author) Fear Itself - Jonathan Nasaw (bit of a gruesome one) Harry Potter  And the erm.. Point Horror books

Harry Potter
Dan Brown books.. Da Vinci, Angels and deamons, Deception point ( which i just finsed the other day OH MY GOSH what a good book but what a funny/cheesy ending) erm.... teenage trash books are always fun to read.. i member i read one that i got free from a mag.. the wag diaries? it was pretty good and i wanna read part two of that Twilight ( the movies just been made on it) but im not watching the movie till i read that book and thats what i'm gnna start reading next)

Where Rainbow's End - Celia Ahern
All the Twilight books.. read all four in like two weeks, which is something for a girl like me. Just started Noughts and Crosses last night, pretty good so far. |
