Okay guys everything about the tournment goes in here!

I am supporting Pakistan for obvious reasons. If they perform like they played against New Zeland they are back in the game!

However ATM the teams that playing the Best Are:

1) South Africa
2) Sri Lanka / India

don't about india man...there batting order was fucked up when they played against west indies...and their batting was so-so...

does india still have a chance to make it to the final?


i feel south africa and sri lanka have been the best teams in this tournament so far...west indies is showing some serious talent...ireland is stedily improving...netherlands shocked all of us..pakistan has been a disappointment...

of course we still do! todays is a MUST game! if we beat england AND south africa which is a big ask we will go through. we were complacent against west indies. pakistan and sri lanka to go thru to the semis in the other group. new zealand just BOTTLED it im afraid.

i put sri lanka b4 south africa....... n i doubt india will make semi's let alone defend it..... more than them, ur better off considerin w.indies/pak.... but if india pull it off 2nite n then tuesday, then i'l take it back n say 'ur right 2 consider india'

agreed about sehwags role.... but he went bck cos of an injury...... the media stirred it...... mayb they did go off on1, but i doubt it was as big as made out 2 be

freshy dude we lose one game against a quality batting line up of west indies and ur already doubting us to go thru now...if u noticed or not west indies in most of their matches, have made 150+ runs against the best teams. in that match we didnt make enough runs.

if we lose todays match THEN and ONLY THEN can we say we are not going through.

not complacent, just flopped in the first 5 overs...... i seriously want us 2 drop ishant sharma 4 rp singh...... i know most ppl will think WTF at tht, but i'v always said hes an easy target 4 batsman in 20-20's.... his best game was probably the warm up against pakistan.... rp singh on the othr hand was 1 of the better bowlers in the IPL, the last T20 world cup n also our last tour here

i was also hoping sehwags replacement wud be nayar, kohli or utthappa..... they cud'v come in 4 raina cos hes floppd in all the games so far...... i shud be our national selector - we'd b even better, consistantly2

u cud be right, but i doubt tht happend.... cos the day after the whole team done a press conference thing2 deny it n dhoni had a go at the indian media4 it.... not sayin there wsnt, but they wudnt done the conf. then send him home a week later without any further incidents... n with it being india, som1 wud leaked out the truth if the injury was fake..... him, zaheer khan n piyush chawla (not with the squad tho) all did get injured in the ipl - so those cud b ongoing niggles

but yeah your right about ishant. i want him dropped too. bring in rp give him a game since like u said, was our best bowler in ipl as well as THE best bowler in the ipl. but he failed in the warm ups and ishant didnt which is why he got dropped. mi want pathan dropped too and bring in kumar, and drop raina and brin in jadeja.

god knws why kholi didnt get included.

we cud stil go thru..... we'd need 2 beat s.africa badly (almost impossible) n also hope the loser in the w.indies-eng match also get batterd - nrr wud save us lol..... but thts longggg, 2 wins wud be the safest way

2 an extent, it wsnt the w.indies game that made me say we wont defend it - i been sayin tht 4 a while i doubt we can..... but, after tht match yeh i did doubt it even more cos s.africa r prob the toughest along with sri lanka n england can flop or do gud whn they want2....... but with them in same situation as us, we cud easily get done over in both our remaining matches

i wantd pathan dropped more than ishant, but pathan can make up with his batting.... kumar is supposd2 b an opener bck in domestic cricket, but i aint seen perform with the bat.... jadeja looks gud, promising infact, but i dnt knw abt him gettin thrown in2 internationals jst yet, espc in this situation.... i was hopin he wud got a chance against paddys as it was a nthn match really... havin said tht, he cud still replace raina - cant do any worse

in the last match, the commentators had the same convo we had few days ago - dhoni havin calmd down.... they said he probably prefers2 play the anchor role rather than doing the damage.... thts gud in the sense tht som1 in the team shud do tht.... but he dont need2 - rohit sharma cud do tht, leavin dhoni 2 play like he used2
