Monica - Once In a Lifetime
I've always liked Monica, her 'Everytime the beat drop' didn't do it for me, though. Didn't do her voice any justice. I laaaike this, reminds me of her stuff from 95. |

Doesn't remind me of her old stuff. She had more feeling in her voice back in the 90's...... It's a good song in it's own right, but nahh she used to be one of the best back in the days.

LOL that's my fave Monica tune: Ain't Nobody.. It really got that olschool feel and takes it back to when the summers were hotter....
The louder you put that song the better it sounds..... Song is sexy. Miss Thang is her best album, but I like that "First Night" song as well.

i don't if its the audio quality or her voice....but something is lacking in that song...when was this released?...sounds very mid 00's-ish
don't take it personal and are my favourite songs by monica...i only fuck with 70s - 90s rnb...bcos the production was done by some of the pioneers in rnb and soul music...not really feelin this new stuff... |
