The household waste disposal system - dump it where you find a space. Everyone has a mobile phone yet they can't afford to implement a wheelie bin system? Where our house is, there's big concrete enclosures in which you're meant to dump your rubbish, not contained in bags or anything, but just as it is in your bin. So you dump your loose rubbish in these enclosures, there's about one enclosure per 5 streets, and rubbish collectors are meant to come along and take it away. But do they? NO. They come by once in around 3 months by which point the rubbish is strewn everywhere, stinks and they don't bother taking it all.

Almost everywhere else I went Pakistan didn't have even as much as an attempt at a waste disposal system. Even in big cities. You take your waste and you dump it where there's an empty space.

Nothing quite like having a sanitary napkin stuck to my shoe while I was out shopping.

Outside is a bin for them they just chuck stuff on the street. They should atleast put all the rubbish in one place in the village or whatever so its out of the way.
