That, my friend is too hard a question to answer. I think both party's are to blame. Reason being is that Musharraf is corrupt himself. Like all of his government (if you could call it a government, more like a dictatorship) and the police and the whole army. Theyve brought it onto themselves. However, looking at the Justice system in pakistan from word of mouth and second-hand experiences with family then I think that the Justice system was pretty much corrupt as well. But obviously to a lesser extent than the leader in power. The party that is pro-musharraff, named as MQM is led by dogs which used to cause daily unrest in Karachi. In fact Karachi is one of the most dangerous cities in pakistan now.
Summing up, the whole of pakistan as a nation is going on a downward spiral and this isnt what the land was made for in the first place. Justice is to blame cos of the bribery involved and government cos corruption is regular. Qaidi Azzam must be turning in his grave surely? I predict a civil was in the near future.
