na any performer that comes on the show is made to sign a contract stating that they will not sign for any professional label until after a set date - by then simon cowell knows who's he going to sign up to his own label.

they do that wiht x-factor too - only after a set date can they sign with a different label other than simon cowells.

with the non-singing acts they make em sign an agent form that they will act as agents for that act thus by getting a percentage of their earnings.

Well yeah. You don't pay anything if you sign for a record label lol. Apart from what you agree to pay in the contract that is.

That singer shouldn't have gone through, that ventrilaquist guy was wicked, he didn't move his mouth at all even though he was singing like an opera, a very powerful voice was coming through but he wasn't moving his lips at all!

and he was funny and he had VARIETYYYY...like i said that shaheen kid is also going through...its just like another x-factor..

and i honestly found it tough when both him and md were in the top 2...
i loved MD dance group everything they stand for apart from the annoying scouser accent they have
but shaheen is going to give susuan boyle a run for her money...
I cried when shaheen cried about how sorry he is about MD as he made friends with them it was so cute..
