Salty if its just any snack. Crisps have always been there for me.

Although if its after dinner, I'd prefer something sweet.

That's just like me, I start with salty and then I crave something sweet..just to get the taste out of my mouth..lol

But, I also snack on things like carrots and houmus.
My God, am I craving houmus?!
