Shader is not a make of a graphics card or the model of a graphics card. Shader is a feauture that high end graphics card have. So if Ghost Recon Fighter doesn't work on your machine, it's because your graphics card is shite :p
You probably have an older model graphics card that doesn't support shader models.
Put it this way. If you get a EVGA 8800GTX Super Clocked model, then you won't have any problems playing any games that there are out now. Granted there will be 1 or 2 games out there that will require SLi graphics, but I doubt you'll play them.
