look i'm not a religious person my self....and neither do i keep faith in God...but i believe there is a supreme creator...

all we know is that someone put us here....we didn't just appear out of thin air...

from your answers i see you've expected God to be santa clause...who gives whatever you ask for...

i dont think its like that...see we are hindus yea...in our scriptures it said god and devil both are inside of us....we have the power to be either....u said u wanted a good life and all that...dont depend on God..that's your responsibility to make a better life for your life...to be honest don't expect anyone to spoon feed you..and im not sayin that you are...because i know you work hard in your current job...i don't know the secret to a good life...but i do know...you dont need to have faith in god in order to have a good life...in order to have a good life..you need to write down on a piece of paper...what are you doing that is making your life worse...and what can you do to improve your situation...make a list .... act upon the things you fear...show passion in what you want...and believe you me you'll get it...the key is to think positively...

sorry if i've offended you in anyway..just tryna help...i used to be in your situation once man...failed all my exams..even my gcses...well i did good in maths cus the teacher was in the exam room givin out answers...but yea....i changed my way of thinking after that...and i'm seeing the results..and you can see them too...

I believe in God because to me it all clicks and makes sense. I once had a experience which i feel very much proves He exists.

Man i quite like you for an 18 year old for real.... trust me u got more brains than you think uve got.. i can tell you that.

You know for me.. so that everyone else can relate i wont mention religion or anything as such.

To me its the oneness, the almighty, the unseen and the great. All of that sums up miracles that we see in life, the weather around us, the animals and the way people are and how decisions are made around us. Like Zero said.. its the scientific answers, mathamatical answers which are very logical and easy to understand which makes us believe in a god whatever religion we may be in.

Take for example nobody needs to tell you that in order to speak you need to open your mouth. We open our mouths naturally to speak, eat.. so do the animals and plants right.... so we know naturally we need to open our mouth to eat and talk like all other living oranisms in this world. To me thats how god and religion is revolved around me.. everything i do, say, talk and walk etc just the normal things tell me there is a god, the almighty the unseen it comes naturally to me.. nobody needs to tell me... god is just there and i know that... why? Because my heart is still beating..

why do i believe in God? well i was born into it.. theres too much in this world for it to be a conicdince and that just there....
i cnt member his name now but in GCSE RE there was a theroist abt a watch or summin.... and the watch is complex.... so obvs sum1 must have created it... so same comes down to the universe... summin must have created that... and that my answer is God...

Destiny.. im not too sure about... i believe we are always destined for what we gonna become but i also believe we got the power to change it or the power to take a different route to that destiny ....... its a gray area in my head.

I believe in God, ive had experiences where He just helped me at the right time when i needed it, but the experience itself is not the ultimate reasons, theres many others but one especially comes to mind is that the Qur'an being the Words of God, its given a challenged mankind and no ones been able to fulfill it to this day...

thanks man...that was some deep stuff you said...where in the same situation people find it hard to recognise God's work...they say he works in mysterious ways, and if something unexpected happens in our lives we are quickk to believe that oh that's a coincidence...but yea can you give me examples of these scientifical answers...what about all these miracles you see on tv and youtube...for example the lion that was screaming "Allah"...similarly in this holy shrine in india...all the journalists from all over india came to that temple just to see this one particular miracle...a statue of a God drinking milk...i mean someone put a spoon full of milk to the statue's lips and the milk was just deteriorating...made it seem like God was drinking...anyway...what do you think of these kind of miracles?...do you think this is God's work...or is a magic trick just to get more believers in God...sometimes i feel religious leaders are using God as a product and making money from it...

that's what i like about religion...it creates this emotional connection between God and Human. Guji what you said about destiny is right, but in some instances i've heard some people say our destiny is in God's hands...keep your mentality guji...you're going places trust me..

i think there is something highly scientific involved when it comes to coincidence...
