thanks for the info marni i didn tknow that.. i personally find it really hard to wake up for sehri but will put extra effort into waking up now unless i stay awake hehe lol...

i thin i will be at teh gym alot which probably isnt a good idea as i wil be drained for my carbs and stuff but wana lose as much weight and fat % off body as possible... maybe go down to about 15-20% body fat as i've got 29.2% body fat in comparisonto 70.9% muscle mass...

yay gym (good times).. "boxing bag and endurance circuit beware... im coming"

not a problem 4 me. I like it. whole family get up 2gether and eat.

wen we were yunga. wile we ate we'd watch tv. an ther'd always be crappy cartoons on like Gadget boy (Gay boy )cuz no 1 else watches tv at dis time so they put all da shows on that no one wants to watch loooolz

I remember a few months before my dad died, he was at home, and for sehri he poked me with his walking stick.....
I'll tell you a trick tho before i go to bed... i say a dua... and whatever time i wanna wake up, i always say "allah please wake me up at X" and i wake up at that time! freaky! :O

Yeah i always wake up, im 17... i get too tired tho. But once i think i almost ate the cooker. lol. i was so hungry so i never miss it now
