What the blood looks fake?
The pic is just there, I never picked it specifically the object of the pic was to put a cut and blood on it...

i was lookin for a pic where someone looks angry.. or hasn't slept much.. eyes darkened but you can still see the pupils.. the whole face cracked.. not like forehead to chin.. but small cracks in the face.. and a scar runnin from the side of the cheek to her nose..

Errrm, I'm sure its possible, you'dd have to cut out all the features like eyes lips and seperate the skin and then prolly distort that or run sum filters through it...
Quite honestly that sounds well hard, I dont think I'm good enough to do that one and make it look realistic.... Thats a pro's job I think..
