Coz they're changing the regulations (as they do every year) but this time they're making the thresholds higher so more people have a chance of getting the full grants and loans

Yea you can't send a birth certificate unless you have the declaration filled in, you can download it from the website www.studentfinancedirect.co.uk it's called "Birth Certificate Identity Confirmation Form" or something like that.
If you can't do that then yea you will have to give them your Passport. Don't you have an LEA where you can go and see them?
yeah i think its near cov uni somewhere...i'll just send them my passport, and make sure its a recorded delivery lol

It's better off taking it down yourself if you can with ll these mail strikes and what not going on. And then us poor people from the LEA's get blamed
my LEA took photocopies of mines cos i was going on holiday...Call em up nd ask if they can accept photocopies instead!
