I've been practising, I've done a few missions, it's actually like another game I've played back in the days called Red Alert. Is there a way of playing the game in a window instead of full screen?

Red Alert is part of the Command & Conquer franchise.

There is a way to make it a windowed game. Do this.

Click Start > All Programs > EA Games > Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour > Right click on the Command & Conquer .exe file and click properties.

You'll be presented with a window like this:



Notice that where it says "Target" it shows the full path of where the .exe file is.

After "\generals.exe" type this:

(make sure there is a space here)-quickstart (space again) -window.

Now I can't remember if it was window or windowed but try window first, and if it don't work try windowed.

Bav's zero hour update thing is takin long to complete.. i thought it would just let you go multiplayer without downloading anything as generals already installed the patch?
