    Default Revision

i may have done this before, the last time i had exams and couldn't revise, but i can't see it after my long searching 3.5 seconds of looking, so i am making another one.

whats the best way to revise?
at the moment i just looking at notes - jotting down the important points, and then just going over them and trying to learn them as i write them down and then when i read them over, with the occasional diagram etc.

    any other tips?

    (exam on wednesday)

    test papers helps alot.

I got a good memory to memorise and understand terminologies etc and just use to look at notes.

At end of each class i use to make the main notes and xams time i never use to open texts book only for references and use to pass by flying colours. 8 yrs i was always ranked the the 1st four position.Last yr xams came 2nd.

Right ok I'll answer this properly later Rizzybum when I don't have eyes watchin me, but don't think am weird.. For my exams this year and last I wrote out essays on whatever the topic is.. Broke them down into notes and then learnt them word for word.. Once I was sat in the exam I would jus picture the notes in my head and write it out word for word.. =\

But I guess that only worked because we had a good idea what the questions were gonna be based on.

[14:16] Zero: nah, I prefer pink stilettos not red.

Everyone has their own way of revsing, you just got to search through trial and error what works for you the best. Some people find making notes of their notes works best for them and for some people just reading over their their work again and again till they memorise works best for them.

Also do not forget to take regular breaks, and learn to recognise when you brain won't take in anything, so during that time do not revise do something else. Do he hardest part of your revision when you are most motivated and up for revision like in the morning say for example not when you are tired and demotivated that way you leave the easiest part of your revision
to later part of day and can deal with it even if you are tired as its easy.
