British Airways is kinda vintage in my opinion, theyve got reputation...but then again most of the other airlines have built theire brand name up over time, so it doesnt really matter to the consumer apart from price surely?

to a certain extent you are right....
but some people would prefer the service of a specific airline and continue to be loyal to them

Yaa...you're right...some people wont budge cos theyve got used to the airline so much...but say if there was some scandal on fixing prices (which there has been in the past) it could have a negative effect on the airline itself which would make people question why theyrre flying with that airline, even though they were considerably loyal to it.

Emirates and Virgin Atlantic. I've pretty much always flown with either of these 2 airlines. I used to fly with BA, but I think their service in recent years has just gone down the toilet.
