ok after tonight, its official, we need a server.
now i dunno why we waiting really, i mean there plenty of us,
may aswel get it over and done with, it will get the people in quicker too.

so i found a 75 tickrate server, which is £20 a month for 16 slots.

plus £3.50 VAT charge.

now from the list we have at the moment, the players we have are:

Riz, Sal, Waj, Baz, Pliskin, T, Kayz, James, Marni, Voodoo, Desimack (ones in bold are the guys that i think said they would'nt mind paying for server as far as i remember)

so we looking at about 2.75 a month with them 8 guys. less if the 3 are in it.

so what are we waiting for?

even if we went to 22 slots - thats £3.05 a month to pay,
as Waj noted out, how long we have to wait for AlphaFrag, so 16 would be small

sounds good but im just sayin' choose wisely who should get authority. Don't want anyone bannin' someone coz they get on your nerves.

basically: who ever pays - gets admin rights.

however, if for example, some person comes on next week and says 'yea yea i'm in' ... then we can't jsut jump in and say yes sue. has to be properly done.

it wud b easier for us if we paid for the whole year all in 1 go.. saves us setting up direct debits or standing orders to 1 persons account..

thing is, getting money together - there is the 15% discount.

yea' was just discussing it with waj and sal,
but as i said, 11 players so far - we all know each other,
respect each other, play the game together, no beef etc.

so mod rights are not a issue.

i was sayin more in terms of whoever pays moderates..

i rekon amongst us there wont be problems, but once new members start and they also pay, then u dont want them feeling left out. as they are also paying members.

yea' we were talking about that, but to be honet, we don't want people just coming signing on ap, saying they want in, and thats it.

were a clan at the end of the day. thre will be a registration process, quite strict. coz' then any tom dick or harry could just come join.

remember we friends innit, thats how it started.
