Well seeing as i have had looong conversations with OS just for you guys yday night really has taken its toll... i was being asked questions left right and centre... and ive told it to OS as it is and as we discussedd...

BUT dont get me wrong i understand both sides of the story.. but more so with OS.. you know why? Ive been with AP since day 1 and trust me ive had beef and ive said things which dont make sense.. but OS had proved me wrong in the long run... i think when money is involved we need to cover all corners...

You won't get banned unless you do sumut really bad and you will get a warning first anyway so I can't see how you will get banned if you haven't been already, there's been debates and topics and nothings come of it, were all mature adults here so I don't see a big problem.

Thats what i thought also Baz... members wont be banne right off... i even told os to remove this ban here means ban there.. but he told me how the hell is he suppose to tolerate somebody who is banned on his forum ap and yet keep them on dc... so i told him DC is different for many reasons.. so he came to a conclusion that ok fair enough they will remain on DC and play and everything.. but they wont have the admin rights... he dosent feel thats right.. and would be kinda ironic.. so thats one point i understood...

With regards to AP and DC being interlinked i don't see why this could be a problem, if everyone was smart and not immature about posts/people on AP - then why is there a need for things to be heated - Don't be fucking Paki's about things all the time (excuse my words) - If some is flaming on the forum just be humble - take a step back and reflect on why your a better person than person X by not getting involved.

Edit: Also as far as i know Desi was started by AP, and i found out about Desi via AP...so why shouldn't it be directly corrolated in the first place. If it wasn't we wouldn't be here today in this thread.

For it to be set up we gotta give or take a little, and i think its an ok compromise, just stop longing it out by making an elephant out of a mouse.

True True.. i was favouring more DC than OS.. but then i saw the other side of the coin.. OS did make good points and his comments were fair... it keeps people in line in a way and things will only come to a person which is going to be soley dependant upon their actions.. so they gonna have to control it.

but the only way i think, is that if people are given a clean state, and this is related to desimack. he is on his final warning on here: the reason why he has pulled out of paying for DC. because he pays, says something on the forum and is then banned. then it goes to waste from his part.

Final? I can see hes got two warnings.. i thought it was up to 5?? no? About clean slate man.. think about it... if i gave you a broken leg today and you come to meet me tommorow saying its all a clean slate... are you going to forget about the leg and forget what i did to you? I think thats what OS is saying.. hes going to be on both sites and is going to be over looking DC as to how we run it etc...

Its like getting banned at Barclays... how do you expect to be accepted at another barclays branch.. its all part of the same org like... thats what i think OS was at and thats the jist im getting at...

Just remember whenever you're posting on the forum is you coughed up 3 months of investment for a server. Why would you wanna sabotage all that by acting stupid on a forum? Best thing just add that shizz on your signature lol.

Best thing i say to do is pm os to ban you friendly on AP so you wont be able to come on AP and piss him off and your money is saved for DC.. simple..

I thought the old system was 5 warnings that scale in size.

Small warnings occupy one slot big warnings occupy 2 slots.

I think I was on maybe 2 slots but since the system changed apparently it's gone to 2 warnings aand then a ban so techncially I would think I'm on my last warning now but I'd like that clarified.

Like I said if I'm at risk of being banned and losing my investment I'd be an idiot to even consider such a move, it's just beyond nonsense.

I just say go for it, get a server (if we have enough people willing to pay) and start having some fun!

Otherwise we will spend years arguing about pointless stuff when its really all about FRAGGING! lol

I have been told to clarify a few things.

Maybe not all of the members of DC are aware of this. But i do own DC, if this was not so evident to you in the first place then now you know. It is my hard work that has brought each and every one of you together. If it weren’t for me and the members the DC the clan would not have gotten to where it has now.

As far as anything is concerned I consider DC clan as part of my hard work and money along with the help of the members to create such a thriving group. If you take some time out to atleast consider my point of view. I for one would not allow anyone to take an opportunity at sabotaging my hard work i would not even take the risk to be frank i.e. going round undoing my hard work just because they have been banned or did not like something i have had to say.

Therefore to ensure this doesn’t happen not only for my own sake but also for everybody else within the clan, I will be the overall manager of DC. But this doesn’t mean to say I will have the final say all the time. I would only step in if there is a dispute amongst the Desi Clan as a neutral unbiased person should such a situation arise, otherwise the senior admins will discuss and consult with myself to resolve any predicaments amongst the current "paying" member(s) of the Desi Clan.

Regarding banning, I can see that some of you are concerned/worried about your investment in DC. I have consulted kayz about this matter and have come to a conclusion and have this proposal to make that is very fair in my honest opinion and im sure a lot of you would also agree.

If a DC member should be banned on AP I shall consult with ALL senior admins of DC and discuss whether or not your rights on DC should be revoked or demoted to Junior Admin status depending the severity of your actions on AP. If they and I feel that your behaviour on DC has not been affected due to the banning on AP where there is no cause for concern then we shall only demote you to Junior Admin Status (if only you have been promoted to a senior position.)

If the banned member on AP is a senior admin they will be demoted to junior admin status. Your investment will remain to be safe either way (so this will mean the banned member on AP will remain to have some rights on the server as a Junior Admin and not having to revoke their full rights.) Once that period expires we will discuss whether or not to allow you to renew your investment into the server. This again will depend upon the reason why you got banned from AP and the severity behind it all.

This will safe guard DC from any banned member who has other intentions such as to sabotage the server out of vengeance against AP.

I dont want to hear “that will not happen because the lads are tight” as I have stipulated this once before. There is no guarantee this statement will hold as from the many experiences i have had the tightest of friends can become worst of enemies, remember that. Your not here just to have fun but also to learn from one another, and let this be a message that you would consider to take seriously.

My conclusion is this.
I am looking out for the best interests of everybody and not trying to go against any one of your wishes. In order to ensure everyone’s best interests, rules have to be set in place. This is to protect each individual and any unforeseeable circumstances that may arise in the future. God forbid but if anything does happen to AP and or DC in future we will remain protected and prepared against any rouge members who may have "If's" or "But's". The rules will insure there will be no "If's" or "But's" and prevent any loopholes being exploited.

If everybody agrees to this then we can move on and go ahead with this.

Currently i have only had 4 members private message me. I am still waiting for the rest.

It looks like the details about the server need to be rediscussed since it seems like not as many of as are going to become paying members.

Once we've clarified how much the server costs and exactly how many people are investors then I will PM you right away.

Well it only seems that you and desi mack are the only ones to have an issue with regards to this, and we have tried our best to facilitate this.

Its a shame not everything can be perfect.

I think it will either be postponed until further notice or whether the remaining members are still willing to go ahead with this.

But we may decide to limit or put a cap on the number of people who will actually contribute towards the server. This means we wont necessarily need 11 people but rather 3-5 the most.

I am pretty certain (85% sure) by this summer DC will have is own server.
