    well,its in da title, what do YOU think of arranged marriages? just askin coz one of my cousins was 'asked' to marry some guy she never met before. well she wasnt asked, she was TOLD to and dat ended up wid a big family arguement n dat wasnt nice....

    There needs to be some sort of compromisation, if both the parents and kids are happy with it, I don't see nowt wrong with it.

    I personaly couldnt see myself having an aranged marriage as id like to know my partner and know he was the one for me etc..

    But theres nothing wrong with it at all my brother had an arrange marriage and he is more than happy : )

    there r ways to go about arranged marriages. media hype has disillusioned most people on how it works but culture has really fucked it up....

    ppl hu bring in new rules and shit! esp in the muslim communities esp within the pakistani people i notice. (no offence to the pakistani's) i say it how i see it!!

    It's individual choice - some people are for it and others are against it. Nobody should be forced though if they are unhappy, but thats just my opinion.

    i dont agree with forced marriage but arranged with mutual consent is fine
