    Default Laptop to LCD TV

    i just got myself a panasonic viera 42" tv, and looking to hook my laptop up to it so i can CSS on the widescreen with surround sound and the whole shit!!

    but cant seem to find a cable that will allow me to hook up the laptop to the TV. all the cables i've seen so far say not suitable for LCD screens.. so any suggestions!!



    imma have the wii and 360 hooked up to this badboy soon too!!!

    i cant seem to sign into bastard steam!!!

    my viao doesnt have HDMI connector. Iv got my PS3 hooked up with HDMI tho!!!

    Dude You need a vga cable with pins on both sides, at the back of your tv you should have a PC input,plug one end into this, and the other into the laptop vga output, I hook mine up all the time .

    Then choose PC input as the source , press fn F5 or Fn F4 depends on your lappie and you should be all good, if it says source out of range change the resolution on the laptop to 1280 x 1024 !
